No need to delete, it's freedom of information. There's literally thousands of manuals on the internet for bombs, drugs and yes weapons. There is a THICK line between just skimming it and actually making something out of it. Your average Joe would never use it, and those that do use it would probably find it anywhere else anyway. For goodness sake it's a book, it's in a library too.
